Casting/In General:
•XXXX casts real women. Not models, actresses or reality show participants. xxxxxxx does not just celebrate conventional, stereotypical beauty or subscribe to the category convention that it is only the physical that makes a person attractive. XXXXX celebrates diversity in beauty, and believes that when a woman is comfortable and confident in her looks, and the camera is able to capture her character, spirit, and the liveliness in her eyes – her real beauty comes through.
•Women must embody the XXXX brand values – real, open, approachable, warm and beautiful.
Casting Specifics:
•What/Where: Casting is needed for use in Brazil region :pre-imax thunder: XXXXXX Intensive Conditioners: luxuriously shiny and smooth hair for 24 hours. The creative focuses upon a hero who of course is Brazilian.
•Personality/Look: Our women should be a natural beauty, be pleasing to the eye with a look that is aspirational but not unobtainable. We are not looking for model perfect, 2-D cardboard cut-out women. We are looking for attractive women coupled with a unique character, lively personality, joyful attitude and natural radiance. You should feel like you want to sit down and chat with them. They should have a sense of fun and a spark to them that will bring a little ‘magic’ on the day. (Please note that we are not looking for women with obvious, quirky physical features as a short cut to ‘realness’) "interesting beauty“ and she has to seem to have an active life.
•Hair: Most importantly we are looking for women with naturally fantastic hair and should always be longer than shoulder length . We would recommend longer hair for this creative. Our women must have great hair that we can make look amazing.

•All women must be willing to cut and/or colour their hair according to our specifications, if we feel a change is necessary.
•All women must have a current passport with at least 6 months to run and must be willing and able to travel globally if necessary.
